Tonkatsu Turkey Skewers

Crispy Panko breaded turkey strips with a delicious Japanese inspired sauce

Ingredients

1 lb Cedar Canyon Turkey Minute Medallions
  As Needed Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
  As Needed white pepper
  As Needed bamboo skewers
  As Needed panko bread crumbs
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  Pinch allspice, ground

Instructions
  • Season Cedar Canyon Turkey Minute Medallions with salt and pepper.


  • Arrange 1-2 pieces per bamboo skewer and dredge directly in panko breadcrumbs.


  • Fry turkey skewers In a 350°F fryer until crisp and fully cooked.


  • Combine remaining ingredients and serve the sauce on the side.
